Mochi Time is a small handcrafted mochi ice cream maker with a stall in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen's covered market hall. It's a treat rather than a meal: bite-size mochi in a rotating range of flavours, made without artificial ingredients and friendly to gluten-free and vegan eaters. Perfect as a quick, cheerful sweet stop while browsing the market, not a destination in its own right.
