The Palægade crew took over a 250-year-old townhouse and turned it into one of the city's serious smørrebrød addresses, spoken of in the same breath as Schønnemann and its own sibling. Elegant, minimalist, craft-forward: big sweet shrimp, herring done several ways at lunch, and a French-leaning kitchen at dinner backed by a genuinely deep wine list.
