One of Copenhagen's original ramen spots, open since 2015 and reportedly the first place in the city to serve tonkotsu, which remains the bowl to order. It's a tiny, unpretentious room on Studiestræde that has quietly built a loyal following over the years. Not the trendiest ramen in town anymore, but a comforting, honest bowl with real history behind it.
