Nam does 'social dining' the shareable way: a Vietnamese-rooted, Nordic-leaning menu of small plates built for the table, behind a big glass front onto busy Vesterbro. The name nods to co-owner Kim's father, a 1981 boat refugee, and doubles as the Danish for 'yum'. One of central Aalborg's more thoughtful casual dinners.
