The upscale French brasserie inside Tivoli's Nimb — a Moorish-palace hotel overlooking the gardens — serving classic brasserie cooking (steak frites, seafood, the works) in a genuinely beautiful, buzzy setting. It's a proper occasion room: the location and looks are the headline, service can be inconsistent, and mains run high (often 300-500 kr), so value is debatable. Best for a special night when the Tivoli atmosphere is half the point.
