The Spis take

A Mexican street-food stall at Reffen, the big open-air street-food market on Refshaleøen, turning out tacos, burritos and quesadillas on tortillas pressed fresh from Mexican corn at their own on-site tortilleria — the signature is churrasco-grilled pork. The homemade tortillas are the real draw; opinions on the fillings run hot and cold, and being at Reffen it's seasonal (roughly April–October) and firmly casual. Fun for a sunny harbour-side graze rather than a serious taco pilgrimage.
