A small, chef-driven Italian spot down by the waterfront at Seaside Toldboden, Nonna Regina is all about doing the classics properly rather than reinventing them: fresh handmade pasta, house-baked focaccia, and a tight selection of cured meats and cheeses. Chef Valentin Gorbalan named it for his grandmother and cooks with real conviction, so it leans a touch more ambitious (and pricier) than your average neighborhood trattoria. Worth it if you love pasta done with care; just note the harbourside setting means you're paying partly for the view.
