Noorbohandelen is a spirits merchant rather than a place to sit and eat — this Torvehallerne stall sells small-batch Danish akvavit, gin and liqueurs, much of it tied to the tiny island of Nyord where the company is rooted. It's the spot for a bottle of herby, lemon-thyme-and-dill akvavit to take home or gift, and the staff know their stuff. Treat it as a shopping stop on a market wander, not a meal.
