Restaurant Nu&Da sits right on the Christianshavn waterfront at Strandgade, reinterpreting classic Danish and Nordic cooking with modern technique - think glazed beef, stegt flæsk, plaice, tarteletter and koldskål, done under the motto of following traditions rather than recipes. The setting is cosy and romantic with harbour views, and it runs a proper lunch and dinner service (closed Sundays).
