The Risskov outpost of Okkels, an Aarhus ice-cream name that people genuinely trust. Everything is churned from scratch at each shop, using a fine base sourced from northern Italy and organic Danish milk, and the result is a lighter, cleaner scoop than most seaside kiosks manage. Beautifully placed near the Risskov beach and marina, it's a proper warm-day pilgrimage and a local favourite for good reason.
