Slagter Ole worked a butcher's counter in Nørresundby for nearly 40 years, then took over this pølsevogn on Nytorv in 2023 and brought back the Dimsen: a slice of roast pork with red cabbage, pickles and dressing in a hot-dog bun. It's the one thing to order here. Weekday lunchtimes only, so plan around it.
