The Spis take

One of Nørrebro's original craft-beer institutions: Ølsnedkeren ("the beer carpenter") opened here on Griffenfeldsgade in 2012, brewing downstairs and pouring straight from the tanks upstairs. Expect around 18 taps of their own frequently-rotating, often playfully-named brews, plus quizzes, music bingo and the odd live gig. It's a proper beer-nerd's bar with an easy local feel, and a reliable stop if you want Copenhagen brewpub culture without the polish.
