The Spis take

A branch of Original Coffee, the reliable Copenhagen roaster-chain (born 2010 as a mobile cart, now ~18 locations with its own Carlsberg Byen roastery). This one sits near Trianglen in Østerbro and does exactly what the chain does everywhere: solid brewed and espresso drinks, bakery pastries, granola bowls and sandwiches in a tidy, predictable setting. Not a specialty-scene pilgrimage, but a dependable cup when you're in the area.
