OTTO is one of Copenhagen's most credible Neapolitan pizza projects, from former Michelin chef Rasmus Oubæk together with Christian Brandt of Jagger, and the Islands Brygge branch brings its long-fermented, blister-crusted pies to the harbourfront. The dough is the whole point: airy, chewy and properly leopard-spotted, with a tight menu of about ten pizzas rather than an endless list. It's casual and well-priced for the quality, and you can even take a pizza home cold to bake yourself. A genuinely good local pizza chain, not a compromise one.
