The Spis take

A small Skolegade counter (about a dozen seats) doing colourful build-your-own Asian bowls with chicken, shrimp, tofu or veg, run by an owner who came off acclaimed Umi Sushi in Ry. The sleeper hit is the kimchi loaded fries with cheddar sauce and kimchi mayo; mostly a takeaway stop.
