Pasta La Pasta is a small fresh-pasta counter concept from former Michelin chef Morten Paaske, now with a few Copenhagen locations. The idea is simple and good: handmade pasta cooked to order in about ten minutes at an open kitchen, a plate and a drink for roughly 150 kr. It's fast, fair-value and a cut above the usual quick lunch, ideal when you want something proper without a sit-down commitment.
