PastaLab is a genuinely charming little handmade-pasta spot in Vanløse, run since 2019 by Paolo and Danilo, who make egg tagliatelle, hand-closed ravioli and the like 'a la minute' in front of you — the grandmother's-kitchen approach, done for real. Expect a cozy, family-friendly room with kids' menu and high chairs rather than a fine-dining night out. If you're in the neighborhood and want fresh pasta without pretense, it's a lovely, well-priced choice.
