Patagonia Grill is the Argentine-steak kitchen inside Seaside Toldboden's harbourside food house, run by Juan Alvarez, who's been grilling Argentine-style meat in Copenhagen since his restaurant Fuego in 2003. The draw is simple, classic cuts cooked over a big charcoal grill for that smoky char, eaten with a harbour view. It's a food-hall stall rather than a full steakhouse experience, but for a good grilled-meat plate by the water the pedigree is real.
