The Oishii Sushi family's Vietnamese follow-up on Nørregade, with a Vietnamese chef and a sprawling 50-plus-dish menu built on classic recipes. The phở and bún are the reason to come and prices are gentle. A Stiften review loved the food but griped about a clunky self-ordering system, so manage expectations on service.
