The Swedish tapas-chain formula dropped onto the corner of Jomfru Ane Gade: order little global plates (sliders, dumplings, quesadillas) and neon cocktails straight from an app under circus-tent decor. Genuinely fun for a group and good for grazing, but it's a slick chain concept rather than local cooking. Opened late 2022 as the first Pincho Nation in Denmark outside Copenhagen.
