Family-run spot that graduated from the street-food hall to a proper Nørregade address. The dough proofs 48 hours and bakes in a 500-degree stone oven, and the gelato is churned on site; about 24 seats, so it fills fast. One of the more genuinely Italian pizzas in the centre.
