OTTO is the Neapolitan pizza sibling to Jagger, from the same Rasmus Oubaek / Christian Brandt team, and the Sluseholmen spot keeps things calm and neighbourhoody. The dough gets a long ferment and a blast in a very hot oven, giving the airy, chewy crust Naples fans look for, across a tight menu of about ten pizzas; you can even take one home cold to bake yourself.
