The Spis take

A tiny micro-roastery and coffee bar in Valby, run by a Danish-Californian couple who roast their beans on site (the name means 'bridges' in Portuguese). It was named Best New Opening in Denmark in Falstaff's Nordic Coffee Guide 2026, which tells you the seriousness here is real. For coffee people it's a genuine destination; for everyone else, a warm, plant-milk-friendly neighbourhood spot worth the trip to Valby.
