A tiny Danish-Californian micro-roastery and coffee bar out in Valby, roasting its own beans on site and taking the craft seriously. It's a warm, laptop-friendly spot where the staff actually want to talk you through the brew, and it landed Best New Opening in Denmark in Falstaff's 2026 Coffee Guide, so the specialty crowd has clearly noticed. Worth the trip if you care about coffee; get there early before the pastries sell out.
