POOL is one of the more charming recent additions to central nightlife: a 400 m2 old apartment tucked in the Boltens Gård courtyard, split into six en-suite living rooms each with its own pool table, done up in warm southern-European style with candlelight and vintage B&O speakers. It's the debut from the EVE Group, deliberately leaning into presence and conversation over noise, with a full drinks list that treats the non-alcoholic options as seriously as the boozy ones. Come here to shoot pool with friends in a room that feels more like a stylish flat than a bar.
