Prolog is one of Copenhagen's most respected specialty roasters, and this Kødbyen (Meatpacking) bar is its home base — light-roast coffee with bright fruit-and-citrus notes, brewed by baristas who genuinely know their beans. It's a serious coffee-lover's stop rather than a lounge-all-day café: seating is tight and the beans aren't cheap, and a few visitors find the craft-first vibe a touch exclusive. If you care about what's actually in the cup, though, it's about as good as it gets in the city.
