A tiny weekday smørrebrød counter near the National Museum, doing exactly one thing well: a window of 10-12 classic open sandwiches you pick three of for a modest price, to eat in or take away. Locals swear by it and the Google ratings are excellent, but it's a lunch-hours, Monday-to-Friday operation - not a sit-down evening spot. Great cheap-and-honest Danish lunch if you catch it open.
