Raf's is a small Turkish döner takeaway on Øster Farimagsgade in Østerbro, freshly opened with a straightforward pitch: juicy, well-seasoned meat cut off the spit into fresh bread, or a plate with crisp salads. It's a grab-and-go kebab stop, not a sit-down affair, so judge it as a solid neighbourhood shawarma fix. Early days, but the fundamentals - fresh bread, spit-carved meat - are the right ones.
