A casual ramen shop out on Amager (Strandlodsvej) with a loyal local following for its hearty house broth and tender beef, plus the owner's habit of handing out homemade chilli oil to fiddle with. Solidly rated (around 4.3 on Google across several hundred reviews) and priced fairly for a filling bowl. It's a neighbourhood ramen fix rather than a citywide destination, and the odd diner finds a bowl underwhelming, but most leave happy.
