The most-hyped burger in Aarhus right now, a 2025 rebrand of Broed & Boef on Trojborg. Freshly ground grass-fed beef on potato rolls with aged havarti and gutsy cheeses like Gammel Knas, fried in peanut oil; fans put it level with Copenhagen's Gasoline Grill. The catch is the bill, around 125 kr a burger and near 190 for the full menu.
