The Spis take

A no-frills Chinese takeaway on Strøget (Købmagergade 63), the kind of place Copenhageners grab a cheap "China box" from when they're in a hurry. Service is fast and the packaging keeps things warm, but nobody's pretending this is destination cooking — reviews skew low and the food is generic, salty and forgettable. Fine as a budget quick-fix downtown; look elsewhere if you actually care about Chinese food.
