Restaurant Grønnegade is a small, grown-up modern-French restaurant tucked behind Kongens Nytorv in one of Copenhagen's oldest houses (1689), run by the same owner for decades. With just 38 seats, monthly four-to-six-course set menus and a 350-strong wine list, it trades on quiet, personal, ambitious dining rather than buzz, and it's well regarded for it (no under-14s, by design). A reliable choice for a calm romantic or special-occasion dinner in the center.
