One of Copenhagen's most serious old-school Italians: chef-owner Alfredo Franco opened Il Grappolo Blu in 1999 and it's been a Michelin Guide fixture since 2003, built on uncompromising ingredients, fresh pasta and one of Europe's deepest Brunello di Montalcino cellars. It's a genuine wine-lover's destination, and there's a real gluten-free menu too. Come for the cooking and the list, not for trend-chasing.
