One of the more distinctive tables in the inner city: a Bib Gourmand kitchen set in a converted coal cellar that turns everything — glassware, produce, the whole ethos — toward the Baltic island of Bornholm. Lunch is reinvented smørrebrød; dinner runs set menus or à la carte, and the intimate candlelit rooms are genuinely charming. Reviews are largely glowing with the odd off-night, but this is the real quality pick on this list and worth booking.
