A five-minute ferry across the Limfjord lands you almost at the door of this summer-only island restaurant, where the kitchen leans hard on local Nordic produce and pours beer from Egholm's own brewery. Regulars plan around the theme nights (Wednesday meatballs, Hereford evenings). Getting there is half the charm, so check the ferry and that it's in season before you go.
