The Spis take

A small, rustic specialty coffee bar on charming Værnedamsvej, the food-lovers' street straddling Vesterbro and Frederiksberg — exposed brick, wooden boards and skilled baristas pulling seriously good coffee. It also does wine, juices, snacks and sandwiches, but the reason to come is the espresso and the neighbourhood buzz outside the door. A proper stop for the Copenhagen coffee crowd rather than a chain-café convenience.
