The Halmtorvet outpost of Risteriet, a serious Copenhagen coffee roaster — this is a proper third-wave spot that roasts its own beans and knows its origins and brew methods, paired with good bread and cakes. It's small and can fill up, and there are no power sockets if you were hoping to work, but the coffee is the reason to come and the counter staff are consistently warm. Reasonably priced for the quality; a reliable caffeine stop rather than a laptop café.
