The Spis take

A tiny, off-the-beaten-track corner wine bar and bottle shop in Nørrebro pouring organic, mostly southern-French wines that the owners import themselves — no printed list, just 40-50 open bottles and a roster of growers they trust. Snacks run to toasted tapas, cheese and charcuterie, homemade bread and nibbles, all under low music in a snug room. A lovely, unpretentious neighbourhood natural-wine hideaway for people who like being guided by the glass.
