Odense's ambitious cellar wine bar on Overgade, deliberately welcoming to both novices and geeks: a glass can start at 50 kr or a bottle run to 30,000. More than 250 bottles, heavy on champagne and port, with themed Riesling and Pinot evenings. Not a full kitchen, but small plates to go with the pour.
