A serious, elegant Italian on Rosenborggade with a Sardinian streak, repeatedly recognised by Italy's Gambero Rosso guide as one of the best Italian tables in Copenhagen. It works via fixed three- or five-course menus, each course treated with real care, in a warm room with attentive, old-school service. This is special-occasion dining, so expect to spend, and note the wine list can climb steeply.
