Sanders Kitchen is the restaurant inside Hotel Sanders, the chic boutique hotel tucked just behind Nyhavn, so it comes with polished, design-forward good looks. The kitchen leans Mediterranean and seasonal with a small, focused menu, oysters and champagne, a proper burger, that changes with what's fresh. It's an elegant, slightly see-and-be-seen spot for a hotel breakfast, a lighter lunch, or dinner before drinks at the adjoining Tata cocktail bar, priced accordingly.
