This is Støberiet, the in-house restaurant at Scandic Sydhavnen, set in a former B&W foundry hall with big windows and a summer grill terrace. It does exactly what a good hotel restaurant does: international, hearty plates with a nod to organics and local sourcing, mostly for guests and conference crowds. Convenient if you're staying or meeting nearby; not a reason to cross town.
