The Spis take

Aalborg Teater's café-restaurant, reborn: sourdough is the whole idea, with a house micro-bakery baking the bread for social-dining boards of cheese, veg and charcuterie plus sourdough pizzas, and a world-wines bar alongside. Handy before a show, and a nicer room than most theatre cafés. The operator has changed hands since the Café Peace relaunch, so expect the concept to keep evolving.
