Seoulmade is less a restaurant than a small, personal Korean condiment project, with founder handcrafting kimchi and other Korean staples in small batches since 2021 and selling mainly through a webshop and events. If you're after authentic homemade kimchi to take home rather than a sit-down meal, this is the spot; just don't expect a dining room. A lovely niche find for cooks and Korean-food enthusiasts.
