A Nørrebrogade institution — reportedly the first shawarma joint on the street, going since 1994 — that still bakes its own bread daily, fries its own falafel and buys fresh meat. Regulars swear it's among the best-value shawarma in town, juicy and generous, though service can be brusque and it's very much a scruffy takeaway counter. Come for a proper cheap late-night wrap, not for polish.
