A view-first restaurant and bar perched on the 17th floor of The Silo, the COBE-designed former grain silo in Nordhavn, with floor-to-ceiling windows over the harbour and city. The kitchen runs a season-driven, globally inflected Nordic menu, and the whole point is dining as an occasion — the food is meant to keep up with a genuinely spectacular panorama. It's special-occasion territory and priced to match; come for the setting and the sunset as much as the plate.
