The Spis take

A classic Danish pølsevogn parked at Tårnby Torv in Kastrup — the kind of neighborhood sausage cart that runs on regulars and grilled red sausages rather than reputation. It changed hands recently (long-time owner Simon Mikkelsen sold it to a former regular in late 2024 to get his life back), but it remains a straightforward, cheap stop for a hot dog when you're on Amager. Nothing fancy, and it doesn't pretend to be — just solid, familiar street food.
