A gloriously chaotic Amager institution: a Hong Kong family's shop that started as a Chinese takeaway 40 years ago and kept bolting on menus — 70-plus stir-fries, 50 burgers, sushi, bubble tea and milkshakes under one roof. Vice once crowned Copenhagen the capital of 'Frankenfoods' partly on the strength of places like this, and that everything-at-once spirit is exactly the appeal. Go for the cult curiosity and warm service, not for purist authenticity of any one cuisine.
