The Aabyhoej branch of Sproed, a respected local pizza group built on long-proofed dough and organic, quality-first ingredients. The crust is the draw: airy, aromatic and lightly sourdough-tangy, and plenty of locals rate it among the best pizza in Aarhus. Reviews aren't unanimous, with occasional grumbles about toppings feeling plain or the odd service slip, but as a neighbourhood pizzeria with real craft behind the dough it's a reliable bet.
