The Spis take

Stjernen is a contemporary take on the Copenhagen bodega, a building that's housed bars since 1938, reborn as a low-key natural-wine and draft-beer bar with snack platters and smørrebrød. Since 2023 it's shared a wine program with the restaurant Nr.30 next door, which shows in a thoughtful by-the-glass list that pulls it a notch above the average corner boozer. Walk-in only, no reservations; go for an unhurried glass and a plate of cold cuts rather than a full meal.
